Alhamdulillah, I won! The results were already announced on her blog  last January, but I purposely waited for the prize to arrive before writing about it. Senang cerita sekali harung je... It was my first time entering a blog competition. And man, I was so determined to win! I really focused on winning until I did some research. Hahahah! Padahal I don't even have a single idea what the prize is. My husband joked saying who knows the prize is a ticket to Legoland... Padahal tak siapa pun minat Lego. But the joked stayed. Everytime I'm on the phone he kept on telling Sofia that mama's busy winning a ticket for us to Legoland. Yea right. Okay. So, at first my strategy on winning was to read up all the posts that I found interesting and relatable to me like pregnancy, breastfeeding, and crafts. I dropped only one comment per entry. No matter how long the entry is, I only dropped one comment. I read the whole thing and commented on almost everything (kalau banyak masa). Bu...

Just a short, quick, simple post. Typing this quickly so I can post it now and then (Sofia tidur). I still haven't replied to the comments on my previous posts but I already read each one of them. When it is published, that means that I have read it. Well, sometimes I already read it in my e-mail but haven't published it. My point is, I do read each one of the comments. And I really appreciate it. Being a first time mother, I find myself being confused and in doubt most of the time. Well, judging from my previous post (OMG I just love this kid); siapa yang tak sayang anak oi?! But, comments from the mothers I received actually kept me sane. There were full time stay at home mothers, full time working mothers, part time working mothers, and even mothers who are studying (hi, dorsett pink!). And there were also those who send their children to nurseries, those who dropped their children off at their parents' house, and those who simply stay at home and care for t...

I rarely enter blog competitions. A few years back I did entered some, though. Blog Pilihan Bahasa Inggeris ke something like that. Got tagged to enter a bloglist contest. Rules are simple; follow the blog, post the banner, tag other blogger friends... But ah, I just don't feel like it. Only tried once; to get on Orked @ Sya's bloglist and dah cukup. But this one, Top Commentor Dorsett Pink  attracted me. Maybe because it required reading. And also because the blog posts got me interested so I don't mind following and listing her blog in mine. I didn't want to follow a blog that didn't interest me. She's a mother blogger pursuing phD.  And so I started commenting on posts that are relatable to my life right now. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, kids... In just 3 days, I'm the top commentor. Hahahah! Gotta hang in there until 31st December 2016. From zero to hero.

Public holiday in Malaysia for Thaipusam. Well today I managed to cross out one thing out of my 101 THINGS TO DO IN 2015! Learn to play basketball with Iz. Yes, I actually involved other people in my list. Hahah. Just because he played it as in really played in a tournament. And since I never get the opportunity to watch the tournament. Tourney by tourney... Not even one. I work on weekends. EVERY WEEKEND. Plus, I've always thought of people who played basketball to be cool. And because of the most common perception that ONLY TALL people play basketball. Ah basically I just feel like learning because I think playing basketball is cool. I learnt a lot. Not only how to play basketball, but about keeping an OPEN MIND. And also about being a trainee, a student. I've always been the trainer, the one instructing, the one teaching. Stepping out of the car, hearing the sound of the ball bumping against the court (it's called dribbling by the way), I felt nervous already. ...

I tried to resist writing about this as I think it’s quite bimbo -like (being followed by a famous blogger… duh!) but somehow… I just couldn’t resist the temptation! Greetings! WELCOME TO MY BLOG! I've always loved writing. I used to write a lot. Write as in writing on a paper, using a pen or pencil, or markers, or crayons, or chalks. 'Using chalks on a paper ?' You might think I'm simply crapping around. Yes, yes.. I do love crapping. I do crap A WHOLE LOT... But blogging involves typing , and not writing . I'm not really good at typing. I always found difficulty typing the word 'especially' because S and P is just too far from each other... Even so, I enjoyed forming words. And n ow that I have a blog, I can write loads without killing trees. I mean, 'type' ... as in form words, into sentences... by typing, in a blog. Err... Yup, that's that. LOVE THE TREES .
