Tak Laku

Hello hello. Greetings!

I was doing my assignment when suddenly I remembered something my teacher (this teacher is also the school counselor) back in high school said. She told us about her experience in dealing with those girls who play truant. They ponteng sekolah just to go out on a date with their boyfriends.

"Kenapa kamu ponteng sekolah untuk jumpa dia?"

"Saya takut nanti tak laku cikgu"

And that girl was only 17 years of age. Oh my, such a mindset.
